This small Umbreon mage is ready to come to the rescue. He is always running about trying to help anyone in need with his magical skills. He's always on the go aiding others; he often wears out his equipment. Luckily, the local mechanic is always around to perform some repairs to this little wizard's sweet chrome ride. The little Umbreon wears a glittering golden cape in an attempt to distract citizens from his other attire. He often wears magical charms attached to ring on his ear. Always quick to help a friend, this dark wizard surely does not have a black heart.
